Dr. Manfred Bock

Dr. Manfred Bock, attorney at law, was born in 1940. After his law studies in Frankfurt/Main, Munich and Charlottesville, VA, he worked with financial department of Du Pont de Nemours in Germany and U.S.A. 1975 he joined Gerling-Konzern and served as member of the executive board since 1977. Since 1999 he runs his own law firm. Apart from serving on the Supervisory Board of Infopark, Dr. Manfred Bock is a Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VANGUARD AG Medical Services for Europe, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BERLEX AG Life Science Investments Berlin and a member of the Supervisory Board of Bankhaus Wölbern, Hamburg.
Hans-Jürgen Titz
Hans-Jürgen Titz, born in 1961, is tax attorney and expert in capital markets. He has experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, going public, structured finance and reorganisation. Prior to his current work as Managing Director and Head of Restructing at goetzpartners MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS he served as executive in an international healthcare company.
Professor Dr. Jens Poll
Professor Dr. Jens Poll, tax lawyer and financial auditor, was born in 1967. He studied law in Berlin, Geneva, and Cambridge and is a partner of RöverBrönner KG, Berlin. Next to his work at the office of lawyers, Professor Poll is an honorary professor for economic law (business, partnership, and capital law) at the University of Ulm. Furthermore, Professor Poll is a Member of the Board at MOORE STEPHENS Deutschland AG, MOORE STEPHENS Europe Ltd, and the European Technical Committee.
