Infopark gladly provides you a concrete and binding offer for our software and service products. Consulting and training services are provided by Infopark on the basis of the actual number of working days rendered by one of our staff at a fixed daily rate. The daily rate depends on the scope of the booking and when the booking is made.

Place and time

Trainings take place either in Berlin or directly at your facilities. In-house trainings are especially recommended, if users are to be trained directly at an existing system. For details on time and place of trainings please check the scheduled courses. Generally, the maximum number of participants is eight.

Academy

Duration of trainings and supplied material

Our trainings usually begin at 10 a.m. and end at about 5 p.m. We provide for a sufficient number of breaks.

The material supplied has been created specifically for the respective trainings. Tasks are partly based on a website specifically designed for training purposes. Each participant receives a training manual. Thus, it is possible to recapitulate and consolidate the acquired knowledge at a later point of time.

Customized trainings

If desired, we will adapt our trainings to your specific demands. Modified trainings are especially recommended, if users are to be trained directly at an existing system. For adaptations, our daily rates for tuition services will be charged.

If requested, courses can be extended. It is therefore possible, for example, to extend the editor's training from one to two or more days. Please contact us for further information on this subject.

Training languages

English and German are the standard languages for trainings and training material. Please contact us in advance, if you wish to be trained in a language other than English or German.

Fees

For the scheduled courses held at the Infopark Academy in Berlin

when registering one participant: 800 EUR per day
when registering two participants of a company: 550 EUR per participant and day
when registering three or more participants of a company: 400 EUR per participant and day

will be charged, training material included.

For in-house trainings at your facilities with a maximum number of eight participants 1.450 EUR will be charged per day. Additionally, 50 EUR per participant will be charged for the training materials.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and our travel expenses for inhouse trainings.

Booking

For your participation we kindly request you to enrol in advance. Please send an e-mail message to academy@infopark.com or enrol using the Academy online form. Please do not hesitate to call us for further information: +49 30 747993-0.

Your request will be answered by an offer including a booking form. Please fill in the form and send it to us as your binding enrolment.

Provided that your booking arrives before the scheduled course, we will confirm your enrolment via e-mail. For trainings that require particular background knowledge we can only confirm the enrolment of participants who are able to prove that they have acquired the respective knowledge.

Cancelling

The following conditions apply for the cancelling of your booking without naming reasons:

Free of charge: Up to 30 before the beginning of training
30 % of the total price: Up to 10 days before the beginning of training
50 % of the total price: Up to 3 days before the beginning of training
100 % of the total price: less than 3 days before the beginning of training

Alternatively, a substitute participant may be appointed.

In case of important reason, a training may be cancelled not later than one week before the scheduled beginning (for very important reasons even later). In this case, fees already paid by you will be refunded completely. Further claims are excluded. Furthermore, our current general terms and conditions for services apply.
