DZ BANK was formed following the merger between the two co-operative central banks GZ-Bank and DG BANK on 1st September 2001. DZ BANK, in the banking centre Frankfurt, is the sixth largest bank in Germany. It is the central bank for approximately 1,400 Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and is a Verbund-oriented commercial bank in Germany and abroad. DZ BANK can therefore call on the experiences of over 100 years of history.
The Credit Union uses Infopark CMS Fiona for local support and administration of complex finance information at its online-media. Internet and intranet as well as its own extranet (the VR-BankPortal) avail Infopark CMS Fiona in order to provide web-based contents. “Infopark CMS Fiona could be adapted optimal to our internal structures.”, said Edwin Schaaf, DZ BANK AG.
