Internationales Immobilien-Institut GmbH, more commonly known as “iii-investments”, was established in 1958 and is a subsidiary of HypoVereinsbank AG. iii-investments is the capital investment company having established Germany’s first two Open-Ended Property Funds.
The Design Centre North Rhine-Westphalia has awarded the international “Red Dot Design Award” to the website of “iii - Fonds”. This website was built with the Content Management System from Infopark in an ambitious project by Oestreicher+Wagner Medientechnik GmbH (OEW).
