After 40 man-days, Gegenbauer was able to establish a modern and user-friendly customer portal with the integrated "portal manager" of Infopark CMS Fiona.

The CMS could be implemented successfully in less than two months. By using the portal, the customers of Gegenbauer get information about the current administration status of their properties. Thereby, the portal operates as a "virtual caretaker". For example, a customer can check the condition of the green, or the facade, or can just find out, when the light bulb on the second floor got changed last time. Besides those services, customers can make use of refuse management, cost planning and control, winter maintenance, security management and others.
