Online-service
The information portal of German apothecaries, aponet, is especially conceptualised for health care demands. The service is offered by the Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Apothekerverbände (ABDA). On the website patients will find interesting things to know concerning health related topics and pharmacies. Additionally, patients can make use of the pharma-database ABDATA, providing information on medication, fields of applications and chemical agents. Under the menue item “Für Apotheker” a seperate link points at the website of “aponet Professional”.
Intranet
The professional aponet is the most secure intranet service within the DGN Service GmbH. It is individually tailored to meet the special needs of apothecaries. The intranet is only available to circles of experts and requires a special identification process. The service is protected by an authorization request, modern networking concepts, multi level firewall systems and a centralized virus scan.
