Application Field I: Competence Network KomNet North Rhine-Westphalia
Alongside other applications the knowledge and service community KomNet was realized using Infopark CMS Fiona. KomNet is a concept for knowledge management combining high problem solving competency with an integrated service strategy. After logging on to the website the user can share experience and knowledge with other experts in the field.
Application Field II: Occupational Health and Safety in NRW
The online platform for occupational health and safety NRW subsumes web-based services of the Ministry for Work, Integration and Social Affairs and the Federal Agency for the Management of Employment Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia. The homepage meets the requirements for accessibility of precendence ratings I and II, and on request precedence rating III.

Since 2001 the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia holds a license to use Infopark CMS Fiona state wide. Numerous projects have been completed, amongst others nine ministries and five district councils realized their internet and intranet presences with Infopark CMS Fiona.
