Customer Support and Customer Portal

All users of Infopark’s software solutions benefit from the large variety of support services we offer. Next to a support hotline, a Customer Portal is available where our extensive Knowledge Base and our our Fiona blog, for example, can be found. Support cases can be opened and traced in the Customer Portal, too.

As a registered customer you can access our support services directly from within the Customer Portal.

Infopark Customer Support

Infopark Customer Support offers qualified assistance with all service requests regarding Infopark’s web solutions. All requests are handled fast and in a solution-oriented fashion.

For different demands, graduated service levels are available. Depending on the service level, support is available up to 24 hours per day. Individual contact persons and many other options are also available. The standard level already guarantees reaction times of 6 hours at most, and availability from Monday to Friday between 10 o’clock and 17 o’clock.

Our support can be reached via telephone, e-mail, or the Customer Portal. While working on your support cases, we keep you informed about the current status which can also be seen online in our Customer Portal. We regard secure communication with our customers and data protection as a matter of course.

We attach great value to processing support requests quickly: 30 % of all support requests are resolved in the first two hours, 95 % in the first two days.
