SaaS is a model for making our software and web applications available over the internet (similar to the known ASP model). With SaaS, companies of any size can securely operate their solutions, which have been tailored to their individual needs, without making large investments for software or hardware.

How Does Software as a Service Work?

You can flexibly decide which services are Infopark’s part, and which are yours. Two example offers:

• Managed Hosted Service: This is a care-free package. Infopark operates a webserver for you which is located in an external data processing center. Infopark takes on the complete job of technically realizing your web presence.

• On-Premise-Hosting: In this model, Infopark supplies you with pre-configured hardware you can place into your data processing center. Your part is to operate the system, ours is to service the hardware and software.

Of course, other service models can also be agreed upon. In any case, the concept is so flexible that all customer solutions remain individual and scalable.

Instead of a large initial investment, monthly payments are due which also include the license cost.
