Dr. Karl-Theodor Freiherr zu Guttenberg, Germany’s Federal Minster of Economy and Technology, thinks that “the internet is the new key source of information and business.”
“The internet is our future. Already today, almost two thirds of the German population and almost all companies use the internet for business and private communication. The internet is the new key source of information. The society has turned into a knowledge society.” With these words, the federal minister starts his greetings to the Internet Congress iico.de, which takes place in Berlin from June 15 to 17, 2009.
