NOZ with Infopark CMS Fiona: Not only Providing the Internet Presence
Infopark CMS Fiona has been providing the “Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung” since 2000, to publish in house contributions on the Internet. Editorial contributions and advertisement duties are published daily and fully accessable. The NOZ is not only present with their website, where the number of page visits raised up to three million hits per month, but also in the regional short- and long distance transportation. Information screens at the Münster/Osnabrück airport, as well as passenger-information-systems on busses of the Osnabrück public transport are directly fed out of the CMS content.
Due to the experience of many years with Infopark, the NOZ continues to rely on Fiona. The Web administrators of the 1967 founded newspaper see the benefits of Infopark CMS Fiona especially in its technical core functions, as the unproblematic XML import. The update to the latest version, Fiona 6.7, with modern Rails technoloy, is currently prepared.
