Sihl Direct GmbH is the marketing company of Sihl-Diatec Group which specializes in large-sized printing and delivers directly to their clients.
Recently Sihl decided to relaunch their website with Infopark CMS Fiona and at the same time to revamp the web design matching Sihl’s corporate design.
Clear design and easy to use for editors
Thanks to Infopark CMS Fiona’s Rails Connector the website was built using the up-to-date and easy-to-use technology ruby on rails. This way a dynamic and customer friendly website could be created. The layout of more than 150 product pages was standardized now using self-explanatory icons making it easier for customers to choose their product.
The CMS was also customized to Sihl’s individual needs making content management a lot easier for online editors and allowing hassle-free imports of multimedia contents.
Increased customer satisfaction with Online Marketing Cockpit
To boost modern customer dialog, the Online Marketing Cockpit was implemented featuring interfaces with the CMS. This way the software solution puts into practice the company’s new web strategy. Customer inquiries, newsletter subscriptions and more can now be processed through the website.
Thanks to the short life span of the project, the website was launched on the desired date in March 2011.
