The Organization
Aim of the private international medical relief organization founded in 1971 is to help civilian victims of war or natural disasters. Today the organization has nineteen sections worldwide. In order to maintain its independence, Doctors without Borders draw about 80% of their funds from private donors and 20% from governments and private companies.
Scope of the Web Relaunch
To generate more interest and increase donations the organization decided to relaunch its website. It was redesigned in a clearer and more innovative design to appeal to a wider audience and thus to support the organization’s goals more efficiently.
The Implementation
The multimeda agency Pinuts was in charge of the project and chose Infopark CMS Fiona, Infopark’s content management system to ensure a stable, reliable and innovative implementation and maintenance of the website.
